Im very interested to move into Microsoft for a number of reasons. 1) the challenge, 2) the quality of leadership, 3) The future of the company But I have to temper my excitement and realize that by switching teams on amazon I will have the opportunity to cultivate similar excitement. One thing for sure is that I know exactly what I am dealing with good and bad by staying with amazon.
I will strongly consider switching to Microsoft by Xdate by XTime with the following adjustments. 1) The total base salary is adjusted by x percent (10 percent)
